-Delivery

We currently deliver to the following countries: France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Ireland, Poland, Andorra, Monaco.

Home delivery (or relay point option in France and Belgium) via Colissimo. Delivery options to choose from when confirming the order.

Delivery is free from 60€ of purchase in France and 75€ of purchase in the rest of Europe.

Shipments are generally processed the day following the order, and delivery occurs on average between 1 to 3 working days after leaving our warehouse. 

You will receive a sending confirmation email as well as a tracking link.

For any delivery request for a large number of products outside Europe, please contact us.

- Product return policy once the order has been delivered.

In the event of withdrawal THE FEEL GOOD BEAUTY will reimburse all payments received for the order, including delivery costs, offered by THE FEEL GOOD BEAUTY and without extra charge no later than 8 days after the customer's request. THE FEEL GOOD BEAUTY, however, reserves the right to defer reimbursement until it has received the returned products, at the customer's expense.

To benefit from this reimbursement

- The returned item must be strictly identical to the item originally purchased.

- The item must be in 'new condition' and must not have been used.

Reimbursement will be made by credit to the customer's bank account corresponding to the bank card used to pay for the order or by the PAYPAL account if the order was paid via PAYPAL.

The case of promotional offers:

The customer may benefit from a conditional promotional offer on the Site, or free delivery, allowing him to obtain a reduction. In the event of return by the customer of only part of the items which allowed him to benefit from this promotional offer, the customer will be reimbursed an amount equal to the price of the returned product from which the reduction initially applied will be deducted and to which the customer will no longer be able to claim.
